Eleven24 is a virtual lab for my work, ideas, and lessons learned.

 

I founded Eleven24 Search in 2016, initially as a recruiting and talent advisory firm working with early-stage technology startup companies across different industries building their teams, coaching their leaders, and scaling their organizations.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I partnered with amazing companies like UserTesting, Udemy, Benchling, Art.com, AKASA, and more to lead recruiting efforts including talent strategy, managing teams, and attracting and retaining high-performing talent.

 

Named after my birthday, Eleven24 is now a hub for my creative projects, business incubation, and pro bono services centered around people and talent.

It’s a space where I can develop and launch new ideas, hone my skills and experiences, support partnerships and collaboration, and explore and write about related (or unrelated) topics.

It’s like my own little garden on the internet, where I’m planting and growing different kinds of seeds all year round and seeing what will grow.


So who am I?

I’m an entrepreneur on a mission to do good and enjoy doing it.

My professional journey started over 20 years ago.  Focused on recruiting, my path took me from agency, to in-house, to consulting, to entrepreneurship, and back to around to agency, in-house, consulting, and entrepreneurship all over again! 

While the environment, type of recruiting,  and industries I’ve recruited for have varied, the constant was and still is focused on people and talent. 

I like building teams, coaching leaders, and helping others achieve success.
